What We Shipped

Credit estimates, reservations, and final charges now follow the same pricing rules throughout Studio. This update also strengthens subscription credit delivery and retry safety for longer-running jobs.

• Quotes now match the selected model and settings across Create Studio, workflows, Shopify, direct API routes, integrations, and batch jobs. Image size, output size, video duration, audio, and result count are included when they affect the price.
• Unknown image sizes are shown as starting estimates instead of final prices. Studio resolves the source safely before processing, then checks the exact charge before provider work starts.
• Workflow reservations settle against completed work. Unused credits are refunded, successful earlier steps remain charged if a later step fails, and retries or cancellations cannot repeat the same debit or refund.
• Recurring workflow caps use exact historical usage, including fractional credits and runs that finish after the calendar month changes. Editing a cap does not rewrite the limit that an existing run was admitted under.
• Annual Stripe credits catch up after missed scheduler runs and plan changes, while Shopify activations recover the authoritative billing period without waiting for the next scheduled reconciliation. Same-period plan upgrades receive only the additional included credits.
• Batch jobs use durable per-item pricing and accounting. Retries, resumes, cancellations, partial failures, and legacy prepaid jobs now keep charges and refunds consistent, including fractional-credit totals.
• Source images are bound to the bytes that were priced before dimension-based processing. Attempt-scoped cleanup is recorded before uploads and retried durably, including after interrupted workflow runs. Public job and usage-history responses now omit temporary execution URLs, ownership keys, provider receipts, internal credit reservations, and future worker-only fields by default.
• Automation cleanup now stays within the correct workspace when a run fails, resumes, or races with a terminal update. Deleting a workspace cancels its active automation runs before membership data is removed and durably queues their temporary source images for cleanup.
• Billing screens now respect the account's billing provider and show the correct Stripe, Shopify, manual-agreement, or private-billing actions and guidance.

Studio now carries more product-content work from first fix to safe publish, with stronger guardrails around tracking, supplier review, and Shopify updates.

• Run recipes from product selections: choose products, start a named workflow template such as Clean & Upscale, then review the run through the existing workflow engine
• Shopify publishing checks for drift: products changed in Shopify since import now need an explicit confirmation before Studio overwrites them, and channel results show per-product outcomes instead of only totals
• Public tools lead back into Studio: all image-result tool pages now include the save, attach and publish next step so generated outputs can become managed product content
• Analytics respects consent earlier: tracking defaults to a cookieless path, shows a consent banner, uses a first-party proxy and stops initialising if consent is declined mid-load
• Supplier and channel workflows recover more cleanly: stuck publish runs are cleared after a timeout, vendor moderation paths no longer stall on rejection or resubmission edges, and workspace-scoped permission checks were tightened across roles, product data and asset search

Create Studio and the Products workspace now give clearer feedback when content operations are using indexed assets or running readiness checks.

• Create Studio shows indexed-asset usage so you can see when visual-similarity indexing is part of your plan usage
• Readiness action runs are easier to follow with status and result handling that matches channel export checks
• Product readiness controls feel more polished while you review and run catalog checks

Studio now applies plan and request limits more consistently across billing, API, MCP, uploads, products, supplier users, and webhook deliveries.

• API and MCP usage is metered monthly: requests now count against the workspace's plan limits before they run
• Billing links keep your plan choice: a pricing or billing link with a selected plan now carries that choice through sign-in and redirects
• Quota checks fail earlier: uploads, product growth, supplier access, visual-similarity indexing, and webhook deliveries now stop at the right limit instead of failing later in the workflow
• Upscale estimates use the live model caps so unsupported scales are caught from the same source as the tool itself

A set of small fixes removes confusing edge cases in common review, batch, and reporting flows.

• Analytics explains empty comparisons: all-time reports now say "No previous data" instead of hiding the comparison row
• Batch job redirects open the right run: retry, URL, and sheet flows now keep both the selected tool and job ID in the Create Studio URL
• Supplier spec promotion stays valid: promoting a submission spec to the live default no longer hits the priority cap and fails with a 400 error
• Collection trees indent correctly even when folders arrive from the database out of parent-first order
• Review actions have the same rate-limit guard as related bulk review endpoints
• API reference filters reopen the first match so developers do not land on a collapsed result list after searching

Large Products and table-style workspace views now do less work while you move around them.

• Product grids react faster while scrolling and navigating: route warmups back off during active scrolling, product card previews avoid repeated measurement, and keyboard/context-menu movement uses less per-row work.
• Table column resizing feels steadier: resize drags stay on the live geometry path instead of forcing React updates on every frame.
• Overflow tooltips no longer trap scrolling: wheel input over an expanded truncated cell is forwarded back to the active grid surface.

Users who follow their device theme should see the right light or dark background from the first paint.

• System theme now uses browser-native colour hints before JavaScript runs, so the page no longer starts on a fixed background while the saved theme resolves.
• Explicit light and dark choices are unchanged and still apply their stored theme immediately.

Saved workflows now use the same limits shown in the pricing plan, and larger teams can still see their whole workflow library.

• Plan limits are enforced when a workflow is saved: Free workspaces cannot create saved workflows, Core workspaces are capped at 10, Growth at 50, and custom Enterprise plans stay unlimited.
• Existing workflows are left alone: the check applies only when creating a new saved workflow.
• Long workflow lists keep loading: the workflow management screens now page through results instead of silently stopping after the first 50.

Product detail pages now put readiness, product actions, and recent activity closer to the work you are doing.

• Readiness is easier to scan: the product header and sidebar now show a circular readiness gauge, Shopify context, and clearer requirement cards
• The Overview tab points to the next fix: requirement, fix-first, and activity cards surface what needs attention without digging through the sidebar
• Product history is more useful: a product-scoped Activity tab and lifecycle timeline show recent changes for the product you are reviewing
• Common actions are closer: link, assign, and delete actions now live in the product header overflow menu

Create now focuses on the work in progress instead of a long tool showcase.

• Recent jobs and review work are easier to find from the main Create dashboard
• Tool cards are calmer and more direct, so starting a new image operation takes fewer decisions
• Background removal has its own detailed workbench note for the model picker, recent cutouts, batch jobs, and download format changes

Remove Background in Create now opens to a workbench that keeps the uploader, your recent cutouts, and your batch jobs together, with model and quality settings in a dedicated rail.

• Pick a model at a glance: BiRefNet and Bria sit side by side as cards that say what each is best for, with quality presets — Fast, Balanced, Best Quality, Hair & Fur, and People — right below
• Start from the right place: drag and drop, upload a file, choose from your assets, or paste a URL, then run from a single "Remove Background" button that shows the credit cost
• See recent work and batch runs: your latest cutouts and background-removal batch jobs appear under the uploader, so you can reopen or review them without leaving the tool
• Cleaner downloads: results offer a transparent PNG, a smaller WebP, or a white-background JPEG instead of generic formats

Several asset workflows now fail more clearly and show better provenance while you review files.

• History shows real activity for the open asset instead of a thin version-only view, with provenance in the History tab
• Image zoom feels smoother when you click to zoom, pan, or use the mouse wheel
• Batch export no longer gets stuck when the ZIP download fails. It now reports the failure instead of leaving the dialog spinning
• Custom share-link expiry now requires a date, so you cannot accidentally create an unclear custom expiry
• Bulk asset operations are capped more safely, and blank collection text rules no longer turn into dead matches

Account and billing paths now handle more edge cases before they become confusing states.

• Sign-in trims email addresses before submitting, so accidental spaces do not block a valid login
• Registration and password reset validation is stricter: whitespace-only passwords are rejected, reset confirmation must match on the server, and failed password updates no longer look successful
• Auth error messages are allowlisted on sign-in and reset-password pages, closing reflected-message injection paths
• Billing clears pending plan state after a successful subscription change, and legacy Team support is no longer presented as weaker than the cheaper Pro plan

Public docs, comparison pages, and pricing pages now line up better with the app and the current product limits.

• Signed-in visitors no longer see a signed-out navigation flash on cached public pages
• Getting-started docs link to the live sign-in route and have more specific page descriptions
• Tool and comparison copy is more accurate for GLB Optimizer, upscaling limits and credit costs, industry batch proof, and the best-of guides
• Comparison and pricing pages are easier for crawlers to understand, with stronger breadcrumbs, Open Graph, WebPage, and FAQPage structured data
