Why is pricing per workspace?

Your workspace is where your catalog, assets, team, and integrations live. The plan sets capacity (credits, storage, channels, supplier workflow). Roles inside the workspace decide who can edit, approve, or publish.

What does one credit get me?

Accepted Answer

One credit covers a single 1-credit operation such as background removal, alt-text generation, or one image upscale. Lifestyle renders typically use more credits because they create a new product scene. AI image generation uses more credits per run, depending on the model. Video generation is billed per second of video; the rate depends on the model, resolution, and audio. The cost is shown next to every tool before you run it.

Do paid plans charge per seat?

No. Core and Growth include unlimited internal workspace users; Enterprise is custom. External supplier users are separate because they use the supplier portal, assignments, submission rules, and review workflow.

What counts as an output channel?

Accepted Answer

Shopify live sync is included separately. A readiness/export channel is a channel profile, feed, or export target used to validate and package product content for another destination. Extra Shopify stores and commerce API destinations use the channel-pack add-on after channel-class review.

Can I buy more credits without changing plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Credit packs are for bursts like seasonal shoots, large imports, or heavier AI runs. Top up anytime. Top-up credits never expire, even if you downgrade.

What happens when I use up the credits in my plan?

Accepted Answer

AI tools pause until the next billing cycle or until you top up. Your library, product records, share links, and Shopify sync keep working. You are never locked out of assets you already have.

Do unused credits roll over?

Accepted Answer

On Core and Growth, subscription credits roll over for one extra billing cycle, capped at 2x your monthly included credits. Free credits do not roll over. Top-up credits never expire.

Can I switch plans or cancel mid-cycle?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrade and the change takes effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrade or cancel and you keep the current plan through the end of the billing period, then move to the lower tier or read-only access.

Is there a discount for paying yearly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Yearly billing saves 15% on self-serve plans. There is no lock-in either way. Cancel and you keep service through the period you paid for.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Cancel any time and your subscription remains active through the end of the paid billing period. Top-up credit packs are non-refundable but never expire, so they remain usable after a downgrade.

What about external vendors and suppliers?

Supplier Portal starts on Growth with authenticated supplier accounts, product assignments, submission rules, slot templates, review flow, and a supplier management dashboard. Supplier Portal Pro is a Growth add-on when you need SFTP intake, review assist, advanced supplier automation, and higher supplier volume. Credit-metered AI repair stays available wherever credits and the relevant file workflow are available.

How do enterprise plans work?

Enterprise starts at $3,500/mo with custom credit commitments, Enterprise OIDC SSO, security review, SLA options, private billing, and quoted delivery/CDN blocks. Contact sales and we will scope usage minimums for credits, supplier operations, API/MCP volume, and delivery with you.

Prices on this page are in USD and exclude VAT and sales tax. Where we are required to collect them (for example EU, UK, India), tax is added at checkout based on your billing address.
